Instructions for filling out the order form:
How to place an order as an individual:
Step 1: Clarify the identity of the person who ordered the cleaning! Choose from the possible options to order cleaning as a private person!
Step 2: Enter the area of the property to be cleaned! If, for example, you want to have your balcony, terrace or other separate room cleaned, please write this in the "Comment" field at the end of the form, together with the size of the room!
Step 3: Choose the type of cleaning! Choose the type of cleaning: general, thorough, major/deep or post-renovation/-construction!
Step 4: Select extras. Here you can personalise your cleaning! Tick the extra services you want to add to the package you selected in Step 3!
Step 5: Select the detergent package!
Step 6: Select the regularity of the cleaning!
Step 7: Enter your customer details! Name, phone number, e-mail address. Make sure to fill out the fields accurately, because we will contact you later with these contact details!
Step 8: Enter the address of the property to be cleaned and when you would like to request the cleaning!
Step 9: Fill in the "Comment" box! The more information and details you provide about the condition of the property, the size of the surfaces to be cleaned, the more accurately we can estimate the number of hours and therefore the final amount.
Step 10: Finally, all you have to do is submit your order! Go to the Order Form!
Order process as a company:
Step 1: Clarify the identity of the person who ordered the cleaning! Choose from the possible options to order cleaning as a company!
Step 2: Enter the type of property to be cleaned! Office, gym, school or any other institution...
Step 3: Enter the area of the property to be cleaned, in square meter!
Step 4: Select the type of cleaning! Choose the type of cleaning: general cleaning, major/deep cleaning, post-construction, -renovation cleaning!
Step 5: Select extras. Here you can personalise your cleaning! Check the extra services you want to add to the package you selected in Step 3!
Step 6: Select the detergent package!
Step 7: Select the regularity of cleaning!
Step 8: Enter the customer details! Company name, phone number, tax number, address, contact details. Be sure to fill in the fields accurately, because we will contact you later with these contact details!
Step 9: Enter the address of the property to be cleaned and when you would like to request the cleaning!
Step 10: Fill in the "Comment" box! The more information and details you provide about the condition of the property, the size of the surfaces to be cleaned, the more accurately we can estimate the number of hours and therefore the final amount. For example, in the case of offices and retail premises, there are often large areas of glass, and it is important to know the amount of glass (in square meter), and the area of floor covered with carpeting is also a significant factor.
11. Finally, all you have to do is submit your order! Go to the Order Form!
